Fayza Ahmed (Arabic:فايزة أحمد) (December 5, 1934 - September 24, 1983) was an Arab Egyptian singer and actress of Syrian and Lebanese ancestry. During her career, she appeared in six films.[1]

Fayza Ahmed was born in 1932 in Sayda, Lebanon to a Syrian father and a Lebanese mother[2]. She eventually had five children and nine grandchildren.
Fayza Ahmed died on September 21, 1983[3] in Cairo after suffering from cancer.
